1. PROMOTION PERIODS: The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on 9/8/25 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. on 10/2/25 and consists of four (4) separate phases (“Promotion Periods”), as listed below. The computer clock of the Administrator is the official time-keeping device in the Promotion. A “day” begins at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET during the Promotion Periods.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open only to legal U.S. residents of AL, AZ, AR, CO, GA, IL, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, MO, NE, NY, NV, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, WI AND WY who are 18 years or older (19 in NE & AL, 21 in MS) and a Schlotzsky’s Loyalty Rewards Member at the time of participation. The following individuals are ineligible: employees, contractors, directors, and officers (“employees et al”) of Schlotzsky’s Franchisor SPV LLC (“Sponsor”) and of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Promotion (collectively “Sponsor and Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step” of each) and those living in the same households as such employees.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TEAM NAME SUBMISSION PERIOD: During the Team Name Submission Period, visit SchlotzskysMostOriginal.com (the “Website”) and follow the on-screen instructions for submitting a team name. This will include providing your name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth and your idea for a team name (a “Contest Entry”). You will also be required to agree to the Official Rules and to confirm you are a Schlotzsky’s Loyalty Rewards Member. Contest Entries will be judged for the opportunity to be considered a Finalist during the Voting Periods. See Section 4 for judging requirements. Limit of one (1) Contest Entry per person/email address for the duration of the Team Name Submission Period.

Contest Entries that appear to duplicate any other submitted entries, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be void and only the first Contest Entry entered (based on time/date) will be considered for the Promotion. Contest Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or in violation of these Official Rules will be void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, entrant will be deemed the individual named on the email address from which the Contest Entry was submitted. Your submission of a Contest Entry constitutes your representation of eligibility, consent to participate in Promotion and consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address and other information for the purpose of Promotion administration.

The use of automated entry or similar devices as specifically set forth above, is prohibited and Contest Entries through such prohibited devices are void. Sponsor reserves the right to void any and all Contest Entries of an entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, judging or proper play of the Promotion. Neither Sponsor, nor anyone acting on its behalf, will enter into communications with any entrant regarding the Promotion other than to notify a potential Finalist.

3a. REQUIREMENTS OF CONTEST ENTRIES: To be considered as a Finalist, Contest Entry must: 1) Be the original, personal creation of the entrant; 2) Not have been previously published, submitted for publication, or publicly viewed; 3) Not infringe on any third-party rights; 4) Be suitable for publication as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor; 5) Not promote the use of drugs or tobacco, firearms/weapons or any activities that may be construed as illegal or violating any law; 6) Not depict or describe any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or promote any particular political agenda or message; 7) Not include obscenities or, profanity; 8) Not be violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, sexual orientation, religious, professional or age group; 9) Not contain other brands’ names or, trademarks, or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind (other than those of the Sponsor), without permission; 10) Not defame or invade publicity and/or intellectual property rights or the privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any copyrighted works or a person’s personal or proprietary rights. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Submission that it determines, in its sole discretion, is offensive or inappropriate, not in keeping with Sponsor’s image or that is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.

3b. LICENSE/USE OF CONTEST ENTRIES: By submitting a Contest Entry, entrant warrants and represents that they consent to the submission and use of the Contest Entry in the Promotion and to its use as otherwise set forth herein. Entrant also acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor may obtain many Contest Entries in connection with this Promotion, and that such Contest Entries may be similar in theme, idea, format or other respects to other Contest Entries submitted in connection with this Promotion. Entrant waives any and all claims entrant may have had, may have, and/or may have in the future, that any Contest Entry accepted, reviewed and/or used by Sponsor may be similar to their Contest Entry, or that any compensation is due to entrant in connection with such Contest Entries used by Sponsor.

In addition, by submitting a Contest Entry, and to the extent allowed by law, you grant the Sponsor, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Promotion (collectively, “Released Parties”) a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub licensable, unconditional and transferable license to edit, modify, cut, rearrange, add to, delete from, reproduce, encode, store, modify, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse your Contest Entry and biographical material including, but not limited to, all materials submitted in connection with the Promotion in any and all media, throughout the world, and in any manner, for trade, advertising, promotional, commercial, or any other purposes without further review, notice, approval, consideration, or compensation to entrant or any third party.

4. CONTEST ENTRY JUDGING: All eligible Contest Entries will be judged by a panel of qualified judges selected by Sponsor, whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, based on the following judging criteria: 1) Creativity (1-60 points); 2) Original Connection to football (1-40 points). The eight (8) Contest Entries with the highest scores will be deemed the Finalists, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right not to proceed with the Voting Periods and awarding of Prizes if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Contest Entries.

5. FINALIST NOTIFICATION: The eight (8) Finalists chosen via the Submission Judging process described above will be notified by phone and/or email on or about 9/12/25. Confirmation by the Finalists is not required, and the Finalists’ team names will be published on the Website on 9/16/25 to be used during the Voting Periods.

6. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE VOTING PERIODS: During the Voting Periods, as listed in Section 1, visit SchlotzskysMostOriginal.com (the “Website”) and follow the directions provided to submit a vote. A Vote will require providing your name, address, email address and date of birth and then choosing one team (the Finalists, as described above) from each bracket. A team must be chosen for each available bracket to be able to complete a Vote. Limit of one (1) Vote per person/email address per day and three (3) Votes per household per day throughout each individual Voting Period. You may participate in every Voting Period. Participants may also receive one (1) exclusive game day deal that can be redeemed at Schlotzsky’s when they complete their Vote. Restrictions may apply and will be communicated at the time of the offer being issued on-screen once a Vote is complete.

7. WINNER SELECTION/PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) Secondary Winners will be determined based on the number of votes received throughout the Voting Periods. Votes will roll over to subsequent Voting Periods. The entrant who provided the Contest Entry (team name) that receives the highest number of Votes will be considered the Ultimate “Original” and will be awarded the Grand Prize. The three (3) entrants who provided the Contest Entries with the next highest number of votes will be considered the Semi-Finalists and will be awarded a Secondary Prize. The winning Contest Entry (team name) will be announced on Schlotzsky’s social channels by 10/13/25. During each Voting Period, voters will unlock One (1) exclusive game day deal each week to redeem at Schlotzsky’s, available after voting on SchlotzskysMostOriginal.com.

Grand Prize consists of an Ultimate Game Day Watch Party, which includes a party catered by Schlotzsky’s at winner’s home (date to be agreed upon by Sponsor and winner at the time of prize being awarded), a $250 Visa gift card, custom gear with winner’s team name for the 1 grand prize winner and Schlotzky’s branded swag for winner’s league (swag includes twill caps, keychains, tote bags, tumblers for up to 15 people). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $1,418. Secondary Prizes consist of Schlotzsky’s branded twill cap, keychain, tote bag, tumbler and beverage can insulator, and a $150 Schlotzsky’s Gift Card. ARV of each Secondary Prize: $194.51.

In the event any scheduled activity in associated with the Grand Prize and/or any other component of the Grand Prize is cancelled for any reason, including safety, health and/or welfare concerns, scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, Sponsor reserves the right, if possible, to reschedule such activity for alternate dates in its sole determination, or to provide Grand Prize Winner with an alternative prize of equal or greater value, in which case Sponsor shall then have no obligation to the Grand Prize. Promotion Entities will not be responsible for health and safety conditions, weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, epidemics or pandemics, or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Grand Prize related event.

All other costs associated with any prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by email and/or phone at the email address or phone number provided with their Contest Entry, on or about 10/6/25 (the “Winner Notification”). To claim their prize, potential prize winners will be required to respond as directed in the Winner Notification within seventy-two (72) hours of Sponsor or its representative sending the Winner Notification, or prize may be forfeited. Potential winners may also be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is a Rewards account holder. Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless service or a change in the entrant’s telephone number or email address, which may result in a potential winner not receiving the Winner Notification. Once potential Grand Prize winner responds as directed in the Winner Notification, they will be sent a Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law), an Affidavit of Eligibility and a W9 (together the “Prize Claim Documents”) to be signed and returned within the number of days indicated on the Prize Claim Documents. In the event (i) a potential winner fails to respond to the Winner Notification as directed within seventy-two (72) hours; (ii) any required Prize Claim Documents are not returned within the indicated number of days; (iii) if winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, (iv) if winner is determined to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or (v) if Winner Notification, Prize Claim Documents or prize itself is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within eligible states.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and Promotion Parties assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or the Website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or land line phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all voting and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor, such as by way of example and not by way of limitation, in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect Contest Entries received up to the time of the impairment, and Sponsor shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Promotion. Sponsor may modify and amend these Official Rules as they may appear online from time to time during the Promotion for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded.

10. WINNERS’ RELEASES: By participating in the Promotion, entrants release Sponsor and Promotion Parties, prize suppliers, and each of their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising/promotion agencies, and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, successors and assigned (collectively the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. The Released Parties make no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize; except for any express manufacturer’s warranty as may be included with the prize. Except where prohibited by law, winners grant to Sponsor the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known, the winner’s name, address, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, without additional compensation, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Georgia without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Prize Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes and related expenses on the prize and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. All other expenses on the receipt and use of the prize not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of the winner. Any difference between the stated value of any prize and the actual retail value will not be awarded. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Upon forfeiture for any reason as stated in these Official Rules, no compensation will be given. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Any personal information provided in connection with participation in the Promotion will only be used by Sponsor to notify a potential winner and/or fulfillment of a prize and shall be subject to Schlotzsky’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.schlotzskys.com/privacy.

12. CONDUCT: By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry or voting process or the operation of the Promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND ITS AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. ARBITRATION: By participating in this Promotion, each entrant agrees: (i) that any and all disputes the entrant may have with, or claims entrant may have against, the Sponsor relating to, arising out of or connected in any way with (a) the Promotion, (b) the awarding or redemption of any prize, and/or (c) the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS and conducted before a sole arbitrator in accordance with the rules of JAMS; (ii) this arbitration agreement is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce, and shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16; (iii) the arbitration shall be held in Atlanta, Georgia; (iv) the arbitrator’s decision shall be controlled by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and any of the other agreements referenced herein that the applicable entrant may have entered into in connection with the Promotion; (v) the arbitrator shall apply Georgia law consistent with the FAA and applicable statutes of limitations, and shall honor claims of privilege recognized at law; (vi) there shall be no authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class or representative basis, arbitration can decide only entrant’s and/or Sponsor’s individual claims; the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated; (vii) the arbitrator shall not have the power to award punitive damages against the entrant or Sponsor; (viii) if the entrant is able to demonstrate that the costs of arbitration will be prohibitive as compared to the costs of litigation, Sponsor will pay as much of entrant’s filing and hearing fees in connection with the arbitration as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the arbitration from being cost-prohibitive; and (ix) with the exception of subpart (vi) above, if any part of this arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, or otherwise conflicts with the rules of JAMS, then the balance of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, illegal or conflicting provision were not contained herein. If, however, subpart (vi) is found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void, and neither entrant nor Sponsor shall be entitled to arbitrate their dispute. 14. WINNERS LIST: To obtain a copy of any legally-required winners list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Schlotzsky’s Ultimate Original Fantasy Team Name Contest Winners List, Schlotzsky’s Franchisor SPV LLC 5620 Glenridge Drive NE, Atlanta, GA 30342. All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.
